As first time home buyer's the thought of being able to afford a brand new home didn't even cross our minds. We were so excited when our Realtor showed us the Don Lulay Homes project and it was in our price range. We are so happy knowing that we aren't going to have any major expenses because everything is new and we even got granite counters and stainless steel appliances! We love it!
I just read the article in the Statesman about the Hunter family on South River Road and your new subdivision. It isn't often you hear the word "gracious" used to describe a developer and I want to commend Mr. Lulay for his sensitivity in dealing with the Hunters, even offering to cut out the arch that meant so much to them. And to pay them more that their property was worth: how rare! It is nice to know there are some developers who can put human needs ahead of making more money; that started my day on a positive note. Please pass this comment on to Mr. Lulay -- thanks.
